  • 1/2 cup (43g) rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of HERMOSA vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients in a jar or container and chuck it all in the fridge overnight. In the morning, simply add your favourite toppings – like fresh fruit, nuts and seeds – and tuck in. Virtuous and convenient!

  • 2 cups (272g) flour
  • 1/2 cup of HERMOSA vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup (170ml) maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) melted coconut oil
  • 3 ripe mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) plant-based milk

Fold all the ingredients together until you've got a nice, gloopy batter. Pour the batter into a lined baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Leave to cool, and then enjoy the fruits of your labour!
